| All mediation services are accessed only via an active, docketed claim in one of these two courts. Mediation is provided free of charge by the court on the date of a scheduled court appearance. All mediators meet the requirements specified in the 2005 "OJD Court-Connected Mediator Qualifications Rules" regarding mediation training, continuing education and adherence to a set of ethical standards of practice. | |
