Municipal Government Program. The program assists neighbors challenged by a dispute or disagreement. The victim-juvenile offender program provides an effective alternative for juvenile offenders, ages 10-17, who commit lower level offenses. BDRC also addresses large group/multi-party disputes and assists local groups with meeting design and facilitation.

Four professional staff; 30 volunteer mediators who are required to successfully complete a 40-hour basic mediation course and a supervised one year apprenticeship within the program. Volunteers and staff regularly participate in advanced mediation courses.
