Dot is an active neutral on the rosters of the American Arbitration Assoc., Federal Mediation & Conciliation Services, the US Postal Service, US Nuclear Regulatory Commission among others, and handled cases in both the private and public sectors involving contracts, grivance matters and discrimination. Dot can also provide Fact Finding experience in Sexual Harrassment and Discrimination cases. | |

| Mediation and Fact Finding $250 per hour to be paid prior to commencing session. Actual expenses for travel and lodging, postage and handling etc. Will charge per diem for cancellations made with less than two weeks notice. | |
