Community Dispute Resolution Center. We provide mediation and facilitation services. Our mediation starts with one person calling East Metro Mediation for assistance. The mediator will talk to the caller and the other person to see how and if they want to work on resolution, and arrange for a mediation meeting if that is what the people want. Our facilitation services are available for service organizations, volunteer groups, non-profit organizations and local government groups. East Metro Mediation also offers workshops on conflict resolution skills. |

| East Metro Mediation has been serving the four cities of Fairview, Gresham, Troutdale and Wood Village since 1992. A team of 25 mediators volunteer to provide mediation services at no cost to people in the community. | |

| Mediators with East Metro Mediation have completed training that meets or exceeds the guidelines set by the State of Oregon. We guide mediators through an apprentice period and give several advanced workshops each year. | |
