| Thirty four years experience. Founder of Clackamas County Dispute Resolution Center. Member and co-founder of the Native Dispute Resolution Network. Member of ACR and OMA. Adjunct Faculty, Extended Education - Sonoma State University-1994-current; Adjunct Faculty - Humboldt State University-1995 -current. Masters degree in psychology. Practice focused on labor/management negotiations, workplace issues, community/public policy concerns, cross-cultural issues, school issues, complex multi-party disputes involving public and/or private organizations, ADR design/implementation, curriculum development, and workshops (beginning to advanced) in mediation, negotiation, intercultural conflict resolution, and diversity. Work abroad includes Nicaragua, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Soviet Union, Poland, Cuba, Australia, Canada, England and over 80 Native American Tribes and Organizations throughout Indian Country. Named Mediator of the Decade (January 2000)by national Native American organization. Currently President of the Rural Community Assistance Corporation. Member of Unted Association of Labor Educators. Enrolled member of Muskogee (Creek) Indian Nation. | |

$175.00 - $200.00 per hour for negotiation, mediation/conflict resolution services. $1500 - $2,000 per day for workshops. |
