| Staff members have various levels of experience in mediation. Each staff member is required to successfully complete a basic mediation training course, which also meets the Oregon Dispute Resolution Commission criteria. MDPCR staff regularly participate in mediation and other training to update skills, gain experience and maintain high quality professional standards. | |
