I have special expertise in organizational, employment/ workplace, cross-cultural issues and land use, public policy, working with individuals, and with small and large groups. With a team of experienced trainers, I offer training and supervision in basic and advanced mediation skills to the public, and custom in-house mediation programs and training for organizations. Approach to Practice / Form of Mediation
|
|
I use an interest based approach, emphasizing joint (face to face) communication, and use caucuses as needed. I am interested in working with people to create opportunities for healing and reconciliation of relationships as well as problem solving. I work with co-mediators when appropriate and practical.
