Approach to Practice / Form of Mediation

I use an interest-based approach, utilizing joint (face-to-face) mediation and caucus as appropriate.

Background

I believe that the parties to the conflict are the ones to have ownership over the conflict and ownership of the resolution. The mediation process can help give the participants a voice in their decisions.
