Approach to Practice / Form of Mediation |
|
| Whether mediating, facilitating, training, or consulting, the process is tailored to the needs of the parties involved. Mary assists people in conflict to define their concerns and interests and then find solutions that meet all parties’ interests. Her focus is on creating opportunities for parties to gain skills and find new methods for resolving conflict and repairing relationships. Mary utilizes a wide variety of mediation techniques as appropriate for the particular situation. These may include but not be limited to: pre-interview sessions, face to face mediation, shuttle diplomacy, private caucuses, traditional interest based to transformational mediation techniques.
