Parking Information
The Ambridge Event Center provides free parking for their guests at several nearby lots. One free lot is at the corner of NE 3rd Avenue & Wasco Street and a second lot offering fre parking is located at the corner of NE 2nd Avenue & NE Clackamas Street. Click here for a map indicating locations for free parking for Ambridge Event Center guests. Street parking is available. However, if your meter runs out, you will likely be ticketed. Some meters require coins and others accept credit cards or coins.
A pay-to-park lot is located at the corner of NE Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard & Multnomah Street. Other pay-to-park lots are located in the Lloyd Center area.
Airlines
The Portland International Airpot (PDX), conveniently located approximately 12 miles from downtown, is serviced by numerous airlines.
Inter-City Train or Bus
The Ambridge Event Center can be easily accessed by bus or rapid transit trains. Contact Tri-Met at 503-238-7433 or www.tri-met.org to confirm the best travel route for you.
Tri-Met directions can also be found on Google Maps. Click on "Get Directions," enter your starting and ending destinations and select "By public transit" (the second icon above the address field).
OMA is available to assist you in carpooling to and from the conference. If you can offer others a ride or you would like to find a ride, please contact Phil Moses, OMA conference committee member, at 541-684-0148 541-684-0148 or philipmoses@comcast.net. He will maintain a list of everyone offering and needing rides and will be available to put you in contact with other OMA members attending the conference.
