OMA Spring Training Registration

This training is full, however several more slots may very well become available after May 1^st.  If you would like your name to be placed on the waiting list to be notified in case of an opening, please email the OMA office at  oma@omediate.org and include your email address and phone number.

All information on the registration form must be completed or it will not be processed. Space is limited and your registration is not guaranteed until payment is received and you have received confirmation. If registering more than one person, please submit a registration form for each person you are registering.
