2010 Conference Vendors

Who Attends
In 2009, we welcomed more than 200 mediators, lawyers, social workers, students, and friends of mediation from Oregon and Southwest Washington.
Exhibitor Dates and Times
The exhibit area will be open throughout the conference on Friday, November 5, 2010 from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Saturday, November 6, 2009 from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Vendor  tables will be set up in various rooms at the Ambridge Event Center where all conference activities will be held.  Some vendor tables will be set up in the conference center ballroom where other activities may be taking place (e.g. a workshop), limiting some access to vendor tables a few times during the conference. Still, all vendor areas will be very accessible to conference attendees.

Vendor Display Includes:

  • One  table
  • One identification sign for your table
  • Free admission to the conference reception
  • Listing in our conference handbook and CD
  • Listing on our conference website
Vendor Rates
  • Free for non-profit organizations
  • $50 for other organizations or businesses if paid by October 5th; $75 for other organizations or businesses if paying after October 5.
  • Note: A free vendor table is included with some levels of conference sponsorship.  Please visit the Sponsors & Advertisers page for more information.
Vendor tables do not need to be staffed; however each vendor is responsible for securing the contents of their display. A secure, locked room is available for storing materials Friday evening.
Set-up Times
7:00 a.m. to 7:30 on Friday, November 5, 2010
Dismantle Times
4:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, November 6, 2010
Vendor displays may be taken down earlier if necessary. 
Access to Electrical Power
A limited number of tables may have access to an electrical outlet.  If you prefer such a table, be sure to specify this when you request your table.
