Guidelines for Mediators

Here you will find some of the rules and regulations related to the practice of Oregon mediators. The mediation venue most often defines which documents apply to a particular mediator.

All OMA members who are practitioners agree to abide by the OMA Core Standards of Mediation Practice. Mediators may be subject to other regulations, depending on their affiliation.
