Registration Methods
1. You may register online and pay by credit card by clicking here
2. You may register by printing and mailing a hard copy registration form on page 7 of the conference brochure. Click here to download the conference brochure.  Mail your completed form to OMA, PO Box 40041, Portland, OR 97240.
 
Payment Methods
You may submit payment in one of the following ways: 
 
1. Pay by check.  After you have registered, mail a check to OMA, PO Box 40041, Portland, OR 97240. If you are mailing a hard copy registration form, enclose the check with your form. If you registered online, write the name of the person who will be attending the conference on the bottom of your check and enclose a note that you have already registered online.
 
2. Pay by Credit Card
If you are registering online, you will automatically be connected to a credit card payment page when you submit your online registration form.
 
If you are mailing your registration form, click here to pay by credit card. This link is only for those individuals who have mailed their registration forms and want to pay by credit card.
 
Early Registration Deadline & Raffle
Please register by October 21st to ensure your spot at the conference. All conference attendees who register by October 21st will be entered into a drawing for a great prize!
 
Conference Registration Fees
For a complete list of conference fees click here OMA members receive a reduced registration rate for the conference. It’s a perfect time to join OMA so you can receive the lowest conference rate. To learn more about joining OMA, click here.
 
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation on or before October 15, 2011 = 50% refund
Cancellation after October 15, 2011 = No refund
 
Registration Confirmations & Receipts
You will not be sent written confirmation prior to the conference unless you request it.  If your organization or agency requires a confirmation or receipt, please email [email protected] or call OMA at (503) 872-9775.
 
Government Vouchers and Purchase Order Policy
We accept government payment vouchers and purchase orders for advance registrations.  Please mail a hard copy registration form to the OMA office and indicate the voucher or purchase order number. Voucher and purchase order payments can be sent separately, but must be received by October 30, 2011.
 
Workshop Descriptions
To read descriptions of all workshops, please click here or download a copy of the conference brochure.
 
Workshop Materials
All Conference attendees will receive a CD with workshop materials. If you would also like a printed handbook, check your preference on the registration form.  The handbook may not include all materials due to space limitations.
 
OMA Conference Buddy System
Is this your first OMA conference?  We want you to feel at home!  Would you like someone to greet you at the conference, answer questions, and help you navigate workshop sessions?  Are you a conference veteran interested in helping new attendees have a great experience at the conference? If you’d like to participate in our Buddy System, check the appropriate box on the registration form.
 
OMA Member Discount
OMA members receive a reduced conference rate. It's a perfect time to join OMA! If you are paying for your conference registration by credit card, you can purchase an OMA membership when you pay your conference fee. If you are paying by check, you can include your membership fee when you send your check. Be sure to complete the OMA membership form by clicking here.
