The conference attracts more than 200 mediators, lawyers, social workers, students, and friends of mediation from Oregon, Southwest Washington and other parts of the country.
Exhibitor Dates and Time
The exhibit area will be open throughout the conference on Friday and Saturday.
Vendor tables will be set up in the main Ballroom at the Ambridge Event Center. All vendor areas will be very accessible to conference attendees.
Vendor Displays Include:
Vendor tables do not need to be staffed, however each vendor is responsible for securing the contents of their display. A secure, locked room is available for storing materials Friday evening.
7:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. on Friday.
5:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Saturday.
Vendor displays may be taken down earlier if necessary.
Access to Electrical Power
A limited number of tables may have access to an electrical outlet. If you prefer such a table, be sure to specify this when you request your table.
