About OMA

The Oregon Mediation Association is a statewide 501(c)(3) organization of approximately 350 mediators and supporters of mediation.  OMA was founded in 1986. Membership in OMA offers mediators a chance to join together to elevate the quality of mediation services and expand the availability of mediation programs and services in Oregon.

OMA also offers supporters the opportunity to make a difference in how we resolve conflict in Oregon. OMA seeks to shift Oregon away from the traditional adversarial approach to conflict toward a collaborative mediation approach.
