Conference Volunteer Opportunities

Thank you for your willingness to volunteer your time at the 2008 OMA Conference. Some of you would like to volunteer in exchange for a discounted registration rate and others want to volunteer without applying for a scholarship. Regardless of your motivation, you must be available and able to stay on task during a very hectic event.

When volunteering, you may be asked to do new and challenging tasks and work with a diverse group of people. Our volunteers have consistently exhibited professionalism, enthusiasm and thoughtfulness in making the conference a success. Volunteers are essential in making the conference a great experience for everyone who attends.

In exchange for volunteering, some individuals will receive a discount on registration and pay only $75 to cover partial food costs at the conference.  Only a limited number of these scholarships are available, however we need lots of volunteers before, during and after the conference.

Please complete the Volunteer Application Form below no later than October 13, 2008. You will be notified of your status once all applications are received. If you are selected as a volunteer, you will receive instructions about registering for the conference and your individual volunteer assignments.
