Provide victim offender, community, and parent/adolescent mediation services.

Referrals come from the Juvenile Department and criminal justice system and are screened by VORP/CMS staff for appropriateness. Trained volunteer mediators then meet separately with disputants to explore the opportunities of mediation and willingness to participate. Mediations are usually facilitated by one mediator, but co-mediation is always an option. The co-mediation model is used for parent/adolescent mediation.
