Education/Training
|
|
All mediators have taken a Basic Mediation Training that meets Oregon Department of Justice requirements. Mediation Works offers this training twice a year. The co-mediation model allows for a team of mediators where one is a mentor and the other may be less experienced. Often clients have the benefit of two highly experienced mediators.
