| Community Dispute Resolution Center. For mediation we do intake and case development by phone. Generally case development is done by one of the mediators and is comprehensive. We use co-mediation model. In Youth and Family mediation we use a younger and older mediator. We do individual caucuses when appropriate and offer free consultations. |

| All mediators have taken a Basic Mediation Training that meets Oregon Department of Justice requirements. Mediation Works offers this training twice a year. The co-mediation model allows for a team of mediators where one is a mentor and the other may be less experienced. Often clients have the benefit of two highly experienced mediators. | |
Fee Information |

| Fees are on a sliding scale based on income. There is no fee for those whose household income is under $15,000 annually. No one is denied services because of an inability to pay. Please call for fees on Conflict management trainings. Fundamentals of Mediation Training is $595. | |
